Cory Sasloglou, a psychology major, and Damian Trujillo, a criminal justice major, test their new instruments during a lunchtime jam session. Sasloglou purchased the aboriginal horn online a week earlier and persuaded his friend to join in the fun. The horn is carved from solid softwood with a cup-shaped mouthpiece carved out of a block of hard wood to produce a deep pitch that sounds like a cross between a water buffalo and the Swiss horn.
