With economic challenges abounding, savvy organizations continue to enhance every stage of their supply chain, which starts with raw materials and culminates in user purchases. As supply chain professionals search for efficiencies to boost the performance of each phase of the complex continuum, an Association for Operations Management (APICS) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) program-offered by the College of Business Administration’s Ryder Center for Supply Chain Management and its office of Executive and Professional Education-is making a difference.
