What do you enjoy most about your job?

Researching various topics and seeing the outcome from that research.

What do you think faculty/staff and students should know about your department?

The University Compliance Office is an essential component of FIU – we’re here to help FIU be the best it can be.

Where is your favorite spot on campus? Why?

The Green Library. There is always someone or something fascinating to see or hear.

If there is one thing you wish everyone knew about FIU, what would it be?

The quality of an education at FIU is incomparable due to our diverse and highly talented faculty from all over the world. You not only receive an education at FIU, you learn lifelong lessons about other cultures as well.

Graduating from FIU, twice.

I’m a political activist. I teach part time. And I salt water fish.
