Family day at the Frost

The Frost Art Museum presents its first annual Family Fun Day on Aug. 22.

The fun-filled afternoon offers entertaining activities for all members of the family, including mask-making, portraiture, face paintings, creative games, music and snacks.

Different stations will be set up around the open café area for participants to craft their artwork.

Visitors can also tour exhibits on view such as “Genetic Portraits” by Nela Ochoa and “Because I Say” from the Scholl Sculpture Collection.

Families and visitors will be able to explore the new Kenan-Flagler Discovery Gallery ranked by Miami New Times as the “Best Place for Kids to Unleash Their Creativity.”
