International Relations professor Paul Kowert and his 2-year-old son, Devan, cheered for the Golden Panthers at the Sept. 26 football home opener against Toledo at FIU Stadium.
Unfortunately, FIU lost, 41-31. But the team clearly won a brand new fan.
