Alumni, family and friends are invited to come out and cheer for their Golden Panthers at the new FIU Stadium. There are three more home games this season featuring the Alumni Association Panther Pit Tailgate party – plus the Nov. 21 away-game and tailgate at the University of Florida.
Panther Pit fun is free for everyone and features music, giveaways, dancing, face painting, activities for children and visits by Roary the mascot and the Dazzlers. Food and refreshments are available for a small fee. Tailgates start two hours prior to kickoff.
Join the fun at three home games:
Oct. 31: FIU vs. Louisiana-Lafayette, noon kickoff
Nov. 14: Homecoming game, FIU vs. North Texas, 7 p.m. kickoff
Dec. 5: FIU vs. FAU, 7 p.m. kickoff

Golden Panthers in Gainesville
Special ticket packages for the Nov. 21 FIU vs. UF away game are available through the FIU Alumni Association. The tailgate begins at 10 a.m. and the game begins at 12:30 p.m.
Tickets to the game without transportation are $65 for non-Alumni Association members and $60 for members. The prices include the pre-game tailgate with food and beverages.
The ticket and transportation package includes round-trip transportation from Miami to Gainesville via motor coach, leaving on Friday, Nov. 20 and returning on Saturday, Nov. 21. Package includes lunch and refreshments on the motor coach both to and from Gainesville, the pre-game tailgate party (food and beverage included), transportation to tailgate and game area (from preferred hotel-Newberry Inn) and the game ticket.
Alumni Association Members: $125
Non-members: $160
