Have you taken a look at the organization of the three main offices in PC? The Offices of the Registrar, Financial Aid and the Bursar's Office all seem to be extremely disorganized. The people working at the desks are not very helpful either. They send students running back and forth among the offices without a care or a clue. In my experiences with these Offices I have wound up distraught, confused and frustrated. One day, the Office of the Registrar sent me to Financial Aid to answer my question; after waiting in another long line for Financial Aid I was sent to the Bursar's Office, but Bursar's sent me back to the Registrar's. My time was wasted because no questions had been answered. I have spoken about this with many other students (and even faculty) that seem to have gone through a similar situation time and time again.
Can we merge all three offices?
