Drive with Panther pride

President Rosenberg wants you to show your Panther pride. Next time you hit the road celebrate blue and gold with an FIU license plate.

Last year, shortly after being selected as the university’s fifth president, FIU President Mark B. Rosenberg challenged the Alumni Association in a video message to recruit 2,000 new members. Alumni exceeded expectations.

Now, Rosenberg is back, challenging the entire FIU family to show its Panther pride with FIU license plates.

Be part of the pack today and sign up for the university’s replacement program that enables you to replace your current plate with the FIU tag. This is not part of your annual registration process; it takes place after you have completed the registration process.

Your new plate will arrive complete with a decal and ready to attach to your vehicle. No additional charges will be incurred until your next annual license plate renewal. If you choose to keep your FIU plate, a fee based on the size of your vehicle ($25-$30) will be assessed in addition to your regular renewal fee. Proceeds benefit FIU scholarship funds.
