It’s a day of fun at the 2010 Faculty/Staff Picnic

Hundreds of employees turned out with their families April 17 for a day of friendship, food and fun at the 2010 Faculty/Staff Picnic at Modesto A. Maidique Campus. Children jockeyed for quality time in the bounce house and a chance to touch a baby rabbit, baby goat and more at a petting zoo. Face painting, tug of war, ping pong and other games rounded out the many activities guests enjoyed. Roary made a special appearance, delighting FIU’s youngest fans. A buffet of hotdogs, hamburgers, potato salad, pasta salad, fresh fruit and cookies complemented the always-popular popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy.
