P90X mastermind to headline Rec Expo at BBC Sept. 1

Tony Horton, the exercise instructor best known for the popular P90X home fitness program, will be part of the 2010 Biscayne Bay Recreation Expo Wednesday, Sept. 1.

The Recreation Expo will take place in the Wolfe University Center at FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Participants can expect a variety of giveaways and promotional items – the expo is co-sponsored by ExtremeFitnessResults.com and GetMovingCatalog.com. There also will be health screenings, cooking demos and massages, as well as recreational and health information from more than 25 vendors.
