We’re headed to Detroit! Bowl officials just announced that your Sun Belt Champions will play University of Toledo in the Little Caesars Bowl at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2010.
This is an exciting time for FIU as we head into the first bowl game in the history of our young football program. We continue to prove that we can turn the impossible into the inevitable.
Your support this season has been instrumental in helping the team clinch the Sun Belt Championship; and going forward we need you more than ever. We want to provide the opportunity for as many of you as possible to come support your Panthers because we only get one opportunity to make a first impression to a national audience.
We are arranging travel packages to make your travel to Detroit safe, affordable and unforgettable. For more information go to the FIU Bowl Central page. This website will be updated as more details become available. I ask everyone who is planning to travel to Detroit to please complete this short survey and provide contact information as soon as possible so that we may stay in touch with you.
