Join Team FIU at Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run

Ready, set, run! Faculty, staff, alumni and students are invited to join Team FIU Thursday, April 26, in the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run. The 5K (3.1 mile) race is one of Miami’s biggest downtown social events of the year. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome.

The race, sponsored by the College of Business Administration and Recreation Services, begins at 6:45 p.m. at Bayfront Park. FIU will have a team bus available for the first 100 people who sign up. To get a seat on the bus, contact Lia Jiannine at 305-348-2575 or lia.jiannine@fiu.edu.

The entry fee is $30 until March 22 and $35 from March 23 to April 5. To register, visit the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run website and sign up under the FIU- Florida International University team. This year there will be no on-site registration. Participants must register online before April 5. Proceeds from the 5K benefit the American Red Cross.

Runners will receive a Team FIU race T-shirt, food and drinks.
