The Panthers are coming home

They say home is where the heart is, so come Saturday, Sept. 8, every Panther in town has one place to be: the Cage.

The Panthers will open the football season at home against Akron on Alfonso Field at FIU Stadium at 6 p.m. (the game will air on ESPN3). Head Coach Mario Cristobal and  senior linebacker Winston Fraser met with media Sept. 5 in anticipation of the big game. As usual, the FIU Alumni Association will be tailgating beginning two hours prior to kick-off, so put on your best FIU gear and join in on the fun.
