Women’s Studies presents music by twilight

Venezuela’s No. 1 jazz singer, Maria Rivas, and Orchestra Miami will be performing live at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4 at the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove.

The performance is part of “Music by Twilight”, an evening of champagne and hors d’ oeuvres, presented by FIU’s Women’s Studies Center in partnership with the Footprints Foundation.

Proceeds will benefit the foundation’s work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo helping to save the lives of women and empower them.
