Watch students Walk on Water


Every year, architecture professor Jaime Canaves holds an assignment for his Materials & Methods of Construction class: build shoes that can not only float on water, but also sustain a human while walking on said water. His students then compete to see who crosses the lake behind the Green Library the fastest. The annual Walk on Water competition celebrates innovation and creativity among our architecture-minded Panthers. For the second year in a row, Alex Quinonez crossed the finish line first.
