Last semester’s #AskRosenberg Twitter chat was such a success, that we’re doing it again for the summer!
President Mark B. Rosenberg wants to hear directly from you on Twitter. Tell him what’s on your mind. Share your thoughts and questions with him on Wednesday, July 2, from 2-3:30 p.m.
To ask him a question, follow @FIU on Twitter. Tweet a question through @FIU or simply tweet a question with the hashtag #AskRosenberg. He will be on his laptop answering your questions for an hour and a half.
We’re looking forward to the connection!
President Rosenberg, could you provide more details about the Mast outreach program that was announced by Superintendent Carvalho (see link) https://news.fiu.edu/2013/08/mastfiu-opens-its-doors/65672. I called Mast and they were very sure that they do not recognize this program as part of their program and emphasized that they do not endorse it. b) What are the chances of a similar program being offered at the main campus for high school students? Please advise.
I don’t think this starts until July 2nd, and it’s on Twitter.
I am a former student whom you may remember (Class of 1987) and want to thank you for all you have done for me and FIU. I am presently with the US Embassy in Panama. Just to let you know my grandson, Nicholas A. Osuna will be applying for FIU Class of 2019. Hopefully he can continue the tradition and be a third generation FIU GRADUATE.
Why are doctoral studies are so difficult to start at FIU, and so little support is extended from the staff, but especially from faculty members. It’s a matter of culture or competition?
What are your plans as far offering more classes to Biscayne bay campus?
