50@50: Love sparks in the halls of PC

To celebrate the university’s 50th anniversary, FIU News will share 50 moments in FIU’s history as part of our “50@50″ series.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, we continue this weekly series with chairman of Pozo Capital Partners Justo Pozo ’80 and Sylvia Pozo ’81. The couple met outside PC 326 during exam week in December 1979. He still remembers that she was wearing jeans and a yellow top. He says, “It was love at first sight.” They have four kids – three of whom also attended FIU.
