January 2019 in photos: MLK, Next Horizon and Clear Skies

In the first month of 2019, FIU honored its achievements while gearing up for its bright future. Not only did FIU retain its highest research classification, but it also celebrated the kickoff of the Next Horizon campaign. Here are some of our favorite moments from January, as captured by FIU photographers Margi Rentis, Carl-Frederick Francois, Vince Rives, Doug Garland and Eduardo Merille.
