Western Kentucky KO'd the Golden Panthers 56-7 on Saturday, dropping FIU to 3-3 on the season

The Hilltoppers jumped out to a 42-0 halftime lead and never looked back in dealing the Golden Panthers their third road loss. FIU was limited to 65 yards in total offense, with Quarterback Jamie Burke tossing four interceptions under pressure throughout the evening.

The Golden Panthers return home next Saturday, Oct. 19, at 3:30 p.m. against Maine. FIU has yet to lose a game in the friendly confines of FIU Stadium, a.k.a., "The Cage." Good seats still remain for both this and homecoming the following weekend.
