TIMING IS EVERYTHING: To accommodate the entire FIU community, receptions with the other departments have been scheduled either immediately before or after the one arranged for your unit. We greatly appreciate your arrival within the time designated above.

WALKING IS RECOMMENDED: Due to the limited availability of parking spaces, we recommend that nearby departments walk to this event. Public Safety personnel will be in the area to assist you with walking across traffic at the West side of the house.

TAKING THE SHUTTLE: If walking is impractical, shuttle trams will be running continuously on the University Park campus from 2:15 - 6:00 PM to facilitate your getting to and from the event. Signs will be posted at each shuttle stop. See the shuttle map for the pick-up point closest to your location.

GOLDEN PANTHER EXPRESS: BBC faculty & staff are encouraged to take advantage of the express bus running between campuses. For schedule information, stop by the information desk at WUC-110 or call (305) 348-2187.

ARRIVING BY CAR: Car pooling is recommended for those who prefer to come by car. There will be a limited amount of parking reserved in either lot #3 to the West of the University House or in the small parking lots directly in front of the house at the SW 16th Street entrance.
