experts in a daylong conference on Brazil’s foreign policy
on Thursday, March 4th, 2004 at Florida International University’s

The conference, scheduled from 9:00
A.M. until 5:30 P.M., will feature panels exploring Brazil’s salient foreign relations
issues, performance of the Lula government, implications for trade
and security and Brazil’s push for international leadership
