Ambassador Rubens Barbosa of Brazil and Ambassador Donna Hrinak of the U.S. will join a group of BRAZILIAN and AMERICAN policy experts in a daylong conference on Brazil’s foreign policy on Thursday, March 4th, 2004 at Florida International University’s MARC Pavilion. Tentative Agenda at www.AmericasNet.net.

The conference, scheduled from 9:00 A.M. until 5:30 P.M., will feature panels exploring Brazil’s salient foreign relations issues, performance of the Lula government, implications for trade and security and Brazil’s push for international leadership of developing country groups.
