What do you enjoy most about your job? That I can work with primary materials in a great variety of languages.

What do you think faculty/staff/students should know about your department? The diverse materials in the collection should be more widely used by students in their academic work.

Where is your favorite spot on campus? Why? Being based in South Beach, I rarely go to either of the two campuses. If I make the trip, however, it is the library and the spaces around it that I most enjoy and know.

If there’s one thing you wish everyone knew about FIU, what would it be? That it is a university with good credentials and solid reputation.

What do you do when you’re not working at FIU? I read, watch movies, swim, ride my bicycle, go to classical music concerts and opera performances, cook.
