In a nutshell: I work with the FIU academic departments and student organizations to facilitate tours, classes and events at The Wolfsonian-FIU. I am currently working on a campaign to sign up every FIU student for a free membership to the museum.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Working with my exceptional colleagues at The Wolfsonian-FIU and promoting the museum to the FIU family.

What do you think faculty/staff and students should know about your department?

The Wolfsonian-FIU is a world-class museum with extraordinary exhibitions and programming and admission is always free for the FIU community.

Where is your favorite spot on campus? Why?

The Graham Center because it is always filled with students and lots of activity.

If there is one thing you wish everyone knew about FIU, what would it be?

FIU is not only a great place to study, but also a great place to make a career.

I’m very proud to be a member of the staff of The Wolfsonian-FIU and a senior fellow in The Honors College.

What do you do when you are not working at FIU?

I enjoy reading, cooking, tending to my orchids and spending time with my family.
