FIU to give away scholarships, parking upgrades at football games

MIAMI – FIU students who show up to home games to cheer their football team to victory could go home winners themselves.

During each of the next four home games, three students will be chosen at random in the fourth quarter to receive a $500 scholarship for college expenses.

Four more students will win a parking upgrade.

All students get in free to home games with ID. Friends and family with a student pay $15 for endzone seats.

This Saturday at FIU stadium, the Golden Panthers will take on Troy at 7 p.m. The first 5,000 fans will get an FIU football poster.
