MMC to host electronics recycling drive March 8-9

There will be a free electronics recycling drive Monday and Tuesday, March 8-9, in the Betty Chapman Plaza outside the Graham Center at Modesto A. Maidique Campus. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Bring your old computers, television sets, tape players, CD players, cell phones and any other old electronics that you’d like to recycle responsibly. (Appliances are not accepted.)

If you don’t have anything to recycle, stop by and learn what FIU is doing to be sustainable and what you can do to help the environment.

This event is being hosted by Students for Environmental Action, the FIU Sustainability Committee and individuals students.
