A Worlds Ahead greeting for GC visitors

The Graham Center at Modesto A. Maidique Campus now welcomes visitors in a Worlds Ahead fashion. On March 4, the map of the world previously over the benches was moved over the entrance doors of GC.

To highlight the university’s commitment to educating globally engaged students, FIU’s new initiative Global Learning for Global Citizenship was incorporated into the sign. Global learning, which is reshaping undergraduate education, is one of the pillars of FIU’s new Worlds Ahead branding campaign.

The metal artwork was donated by the FIU Alumni Association’s lifetime members.
