Panthers celebrate FIU Pride Day

The Student Government Association (SGA) hosted FIU Pride Day March 10. Faculty/staff and students decked out in blue-and gold gear to show their Panther pride.

FIU Athletics held a pep rally in the Graham Center at Modesto A. Maidique Campus with music, prizes and appearances by the football, baseball, softball and tennis teams; Roary; and the Golden Dazzlers. SGA handed out t-shirts and swapped other institution shirts for an FIU shirt.

Fans wearing Pride Day t-shirts to tonight’s baseball game against Boston College get in for free. The game starts at 6 p.m.
