What are you looking forward to in 2011?

The FIU family had a lot to celebrate in 2010.

College of Law faculty members ranked most diverse in the nation and the school was named a Top 10 Best Value; the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine launched the Green Family NeighborhoodHelp project, which pairs every medical student with a household in North Miami-Dade; the College of Business hosted the Americas Venture Capital Conference; FIU joined forces with Miami-Dade County Public Schools to take on the challenges of urban public education; FIU earned its 10-year SACS reaffirmation; baseball and football brought home Sun Belt Conference trophies – and in their first-ever bowl, the Panthers played a heart-stopping game and emerged 2010 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl champions.

These are only a few of the university’s accomplishments this year.

So, as 2010 draws to an end, the news.FIU.edu team is curious: What are you looking forward to in 2011?
