The Division of IT and the Faculty Senate Technology Committee are inviting all students, faculty and staff to learn more about the technology that impacts our life on campus at FIUTechday 2011. The event, which is free to all students, faculty and staff, will be Friday, Feb. 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Graham Center Ballrooms at Modesto A. Maidique Campus.
Attendees will experience academic and technical presentations that discuss the future of learning and teaching with technology at FIU. Faculty, staff and students will learn about the new trends in technology and education with presentations from FIU faculty and technology companies including Apple Computer, Atomic Learning, Dell Inc. and the Secret Service.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
