The Finest Institution in the Universe

I think it was former Board of Trustees Chair Al Dotson who coined the phrase “Finest Institution in the Universe (FIU).” As I took this five exposure shot on the roof of the Gold Parking Garage, I couldn’t help but remember this quote.
