CARTA’s Festival of the Trees illuminates the night

Florida International University’s College of Architecture + The Arts (CARTA) presents the 27^th annual “Festival of the Trees” on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013. Festival of the Trees is a South Florida tradition that showcases the creativity of the community by engaging top local, national and international designers in the design of avant-garde holiday trees.

In attendance will be some of Miami’s most well-known figures in the real estate, arts, architecture and design communities, Miami-Dade government, FIU students, faculty and alumni. During the event the trees will be auctioned. All net proceeds benefit the FIU Interior Architecture Department.

Tickets are $70 and available for purchase here.

The event will take place at the Coral Gables Museum, 285 Aragon Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
