Business online graduate programs post double-digit gains in U.S. News rankings


Building on its achievements as a global business leader, the FIU College of Business’ online graduate programs posted double-digit gains in U.S. News & World Report’s 2017 edition of the Best Online Graduate Education Programs.

The College of Business online MBA programs ranked 42nd, up 18 spots from 60th in 2016. The non-MBA online graduate programs were ranked 16th, marking their first time in the top 20, and a gain from 30th in 2016.

These are the highest rankings to date for FIU’s online MBA and online specialized graduate programs in U.S. News’ well-regarded survey.

The College of Business online graduate degrees include the Corporate MBA and the Healthcare MBA as well as the Master in International Business, the Master of Science in International Real Estate and the Master of Science in Human Resource Management.

“This recognition from U.S. News & World Report is further evidence that FIU’s College of Business is delivering high quality, innovative degrees that meet the needs of professionals who want to advance their careers with the flexibility of online programs,” said Jose M. Aldrich, acting dean of the College of Business.
