FIU law graduates earn highest Florida Bar exam passage rate


FIU College of Law graduates have earned the top bar exam passage rate in Florida, for the third consecutive July examination.

With a passage rate of 87.8 percent on the exam that allows them to practice law in the state, FIU Law graduates surpassed the statewide average passage rate of 71.3 percent by 16.5 percentage points. FIU Law graduates previously earned an 87.5 percent pass rate on the July 2016 exam and an 89 percent pass rate on the July 2015 bar exam – each time the highest among the state’s 11 law schools.
