Mark your calendars for Homecoming!

On Wednesday, Sept. 27, President Mark B. Rosenberg sent the following message to the university community.

Dear Panthers,

Can you feel the excitement building as we get closer to Homecoming 2017?

In a month, our entire FIU will Unleash the Spirit! Once again, we’ll call home our alumni and welcome the community for a week of rallies, concerts, parades and other exciting events that highlight our many traditions, accomplishments and student-athletes.

Let’s get ready the only way we know how… Panther style! We’re hosting two special countdown events on Thursday, October 12 at MMC and BBC.

Join us for Glow Up from noon to 2:00 p.m. at the BBC WUC ballrooms! There will be glow-in-the-dark games, activities, and a surprise performance! The party doesn’t end there. If you’re at MMC, keep the summer vibes alive with a giant pool party with your Panther family at Waves from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the housing quad pool.

Get pumped for Homecoming 2017!
