Panthers play last football game of the season

Join your fellow Panthers in the stands this Saturday, Dec. 2, as FIU Football vies for its eighth win and a tie for most wins in a single season.

On Tuesday, Nov. 28, President Rosenberg sent the following message to the university community:

Our football team, under the leadership of Coach Butch Davis, has worked hard this season and their dedication has paid off! This weekend, please come out and help cheer on our fantastic student-athletes and coaching staff during our last home game of the season.

At our Homecoming game, we became bowl eligible for the third time in program history – and for the first time since 2011! On Saturday, Dec. 2, at noon, we will be on the hunt for our eighth win of the season – against the University of Massachusetts. A win on Saturday will tie the record for most wins in a single season.

FIU students with a valid FIU One Card receive free admission to the game! The first 300 students through the gates also will receive an all-you-can-eat wristband for the designated station in Riccardo Silva Stadium.

Other members of the university community, friends and family can purchase tickets here or visit the University Credit Union Box Office in the R. Kirk Landon Fieldhouse, located on the west end of FIU stadium. The Cyber Monday online-only ticket special has been extended through tonight at 11:59 p.m. All reserved seats are 50 percent off!

Come watch our Panthers wrap up one of the most exciting seasons in FIU football history and enter to win exciting prizes throughout the game!

Go Panthers!
