Home Game Times, Select TV Networks Announced for FIU Football

IRVING, Texas (June 7, 2018) – Conference USA has announced its broadcast schedule for the 2018 football season, including 11 FIU games being available on traditional linear television or via streaming and social media.
 
CBS Sports Network kicked off the selection process of nationally broadcast games, followed by Stadium, beIN SPORTS, Facebook and ESPN Networks.  The majority of these exposures will take place on Saturday, with select Thursday and Friday night telecasts also being featured. 
 
FIU's first eight games of the 2018 season will be aired nationally. CBS Sports Network announced last week that FIU's season opener on Sept. 1 against Indiana will be aired nationally at 7 p.m. The Panthers will host the Hoosiers at Riccardo Silva Stadium in primetime.
 
The Panthers will be featured four times on beIN SPORTS in the first two months of the season including its Conference USA opener at Old Dominion on Sept. 8:

Saturday, Sept. 15, UMASS at FIU (beIN), 7:30 p.m. ET
Saturday, Oct. 13, Middle Tennessee at FIU (beIN), 7:30 p.m. ET
Saturday, Oct. 27, FIU at WKU (beIN), 7:30 p.m. ET

FIU's games with Arkansas Pine Bluff (Sept. 29), Rice (Oct. 20), UTSA (Nov. 10) and Charlotte (Nov. 17) will be featured on ESPN Platforms ESPN3/ESPN+. ESPN+ is the first-ever multi-sport, direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service from The Walt Disney Company's Direct-to-Consumer & International division in conjunction with ESPN. It offers fans thousands of additional live events, on-demand content and original programming not available on ESPN's linear TV or digital networks.
 
Additionally, FIU will host FAU in Shula Bowl XVII on Stadium on Nov. 3. The Panthers will close out the season hosting Marshall at 12 p.m. ET on Stadium on Facebook.
 
Game time and network for FIU's game with Miami on Sept. 22 will be announced by the Atlantic Coast Conference at a later time.

The 2018 C-USA Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 1 will air on CBS Sports Network at a time to be determined. ESPN is scheduled to carry all six of C-USA's bowl games in which it has a guaranteed selection. Additional Conference USA football broadcast exposures will be released as soon as they are finalized.
