The 17th annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival kicks off Feb. 21st, and tickets are still available to the History of Jewish-American Cuisine hosted by Joan Nathan on Sunday, Feb. 25, from 10-11:30 a.m.
The Jewish Museum of Florida will host culinary pioneer Nathan as she leads a panel discussion with some of the most iconic names in Israeli cuisine. Chefs Alon Shaya, Michelle Bernstein, Adeena Sussman, and Zak the Baker will all weigh-in on their own culinary journeys. Enjoy light noshes courtesy of Hank and Harry’s Delicatessen, Miami Beach’s latest hotspot for authentic Jewish treats, and settle in as these celebrated experts share a personal look at the evolution of such rich culinary traditions.
