Effective immediately, all spring sport competition for Conference USA institutions is suspended until further notice, the league announced on Thursday.
The conference also announced that it will be canceling the remainder of the 2020 Basketball Championships. The Panthers were scheduled to play in the quarterfinals of the tournament after defeating Rice on Wednesday.
