September 2020 in photos: Campus, fish and football
Turtles swim and splash in the water beneath campus' iconic teal bridge. Landscapers ensure that every bush is manicured to aesthetic perfection. Football players wear masks and train on the practice fields. After the first full month of Fall 2020, the university looks like a place ripe for welcoming back more students as soon as it is safe and healthy to do so. The first play of FIU's 2020 football season was a touchdown. Sophomore Lexington "Flex" Joseph, a Miami native, returned the opening kick for more than 100 yards.
