Voting early? Cast your ballot for the 2020 Presidential Primary at FIU
Eligible voters can cast their ballots at the SASC building.
Florida's presidential primary election is set for Tuesday, March 17, but Miami-Dade residents can vote today at FIU.
Who can vote
Anyone registered to vote in Miami-Dade County – including FIU students, faculty and staff – can vote at the Student Academic Success Center (SASC) building on Modesto A. Maidique Campus.
Florida is a closed-primary state, meaning only voters registered with a particular political party may vote in that party’s primary elections.
Students who are residents in other Florida counties can check with their county elections office for a list of early voting locations.
