FIU experts available to discuss holidays, supply chain and related issues

As Black Friday and Cyber Monday kick off the holiday shopping season, FIU experts are available to discuss supply chain shortages, cybersecurity and the economy, among other related topics. Hospitality experts also can address how to best prepare for the holidays and host the perfect Thanksgiving dinner.

Ilcheva is an expert in data analytics and behavioral research and has worked on various economic development, social and behavioral projects examining issues such as economic opportunity, resilience, education and transportation. Andrew Moreo

Moreo could speak to how to pull off a full Thanksgiving dinner, including how to  roast the perfect turkey. He can explain how to plan, prioritize and execute to bring the table together so all food is served at the proper time and proper temperature. Moreo’s primary research area involves employee and consumer behavior in the food and beverage segment of the hospitality industry. Specifically the impacts of emotional labor on customer perception of the delivered service, as well as the impacts of individual employee characteristics and organizational culture on employee behavior.

Alexander Crowther

Crowther is currently a Cyber Policy specialist in the Expert Consultant program at the Center for Technology and National Security Policy (CTNSP) at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. He is also an adjunct senior political scientist at the RAND Corporation and an adjunct research professor of national security studies at the Strategic Studies Institute. Crowther can discuss cyber policy, national security policy and counterterrorism.
