If you can't wait until February for the 21st annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival Presented by Capital One (SOBEWFF®), you might not have to. The Festival has a few fun preview events starting in December, along with releasing the names of new celebrities who will be attending the event.

This year the Festival is raising the bar with Hollywood stars. Singers Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams, Levine's wife and model Behati Prinsloo, actresses Eva Longoria and Kate Hudson and basketball superstar and Miami legend Dwyane Wade are just some of the celebrities who plan to take to the sand at SOBEWFF® in February, along with more than 400 chefs and wine and spirit producers, and FIU student volunteers.

The celebrities will host— in Kate Hudson's case lead yoga — at the more than 90 events that will take place during the four-day Festival from Febr. 24-27, 2022, in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Every year, 1,200 FIU student volunteers help manage the Festival.

This year, SOBEWFF® lovers can get a head start and support small food and restaurant entrepreneurs through the SOBEWFF® Artisan Market on Lincoln Road. The pop-up market started the last Sunday of November and features 75, up-and-coming, diverse South Florida talent by giving them the opportunity to sell their small-batch artisanal creations. The next markets are scheduled for Dec. 19; Jan. 23; March 27; and April 24.

Get your holiday shopping done early at the market or at the SOBEWFF® Holiday Auction. The auction features dozens of items from luxurious hotel stays, to VIP Wine Tastings for 10, to gourmet food items. Put your bids in soon, the auction lasts through Dec. 9.

All of the net proceeds of all of the Festival and Auction benefit the Top 10 ranked Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at FIU. To date, more than $31.8 million has been raised.

"That's why we do it. It's a real-life, hands-on experience for these kids and on top of it, we raise the money that goes towards scholarships and improving the university and adding on classes so it couldn't be a better reason to celebrate and Eat. Drink. Educate." said Lee Brian Schrager, SOBEWFF® founder & director.
