Online early childhood education program earns a top ranking for return on investment
FIU’s online bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is No. 2 in the nation for return on investment according to OnlineU.
The universities included in OnlineU’s 2021 Best Online College rankings offer the highest return on investment over a 10-year period. The rankings were calculated based on median post-graduate salary data of more than 450,000 alumni sourced from a U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard.
“Research tells us that early childhood matters. Our graduates are equipped to provide the early learning experiences that support and enhance a child’s long-term success,” said Laura Dinehart, senior associate dean of the School of Education and Human Development in FIU’s College of Arts, Sciences & Education. “This ranking demonstrates the value of our program and that our graduates are sought after and successful in their field.”
