As part of the Trish and Dan Bell Chapel and East Campus Circle Relocation project, some roads and parking areas will be temporarily closed beginning this week.
East Campus Circle and portions of Lot 3 at MMC will close starting Wednesday, November 16.
Please note the following Phase 1 information:
- East Campus Circle will be closed between Southwest 16th Street and University Drive starting Wednesday, November 16 through April 14. Subsequently, East Campus Circle will reopen for access only to Lot 3, the Graham Center, and Student Academic Success Center (SASC).
- Lot 3 will remain accessible through the Southwest 16th Street/Gold Garage (PG1) entrance with 120 spaces available.
- The Panther Express and CATS Bus Stop will be temporarily relocated from Lot 3 to the front of the Wertheim Performing Arts Center (WPAC).
Traffic flow patterns within campus will also be impacted. Please note the following:
- If accessing areas south of Lot 3, we recommend entering campus through Southwest 107th Avenue and 16th Street.
- If accessing areas north of Lot 3, we recommend entering campus through Southwest 10th Street when traveling southbound on 107th Avenue. If traveling northbound on 107th Avenue, we recommend entering campus through Southwest 8th Street and 109th Avenue.

The East Campus Circle relocation project is scheduled to be completed August 18, 2023.The Trish and Dan Bell Chapel is scheduled to be completed February 28, 2024.
