FIU College of Law has set the bar once again.
FIU law graduates earned the highest first-time Florida bar passage rate among all Florida law schools on the exam administered in February. With a first-time passage rate of 82.6%, FIU Law surpassed the statewide average passage rate for accredited schools in Florida by 28.6 percentage points.
“FIU Law graduates continue to prove that the education they receive at FIU is among the best in the country,” said FIU Law Dean Antony Page. “This is a testament to the hard work and resilience of our graduates, faculty, and staff. We are proud of the dedication and commitment of our faculty and staff in helping our graduates reach their potential and launch successful careers.”
More than 87 percent of FIU law graduates have passed the bar exam on their first attempt -- the highest passage rate of any Florida law school -- since 2015.
FIU College of Law is ranked No. 68 among the nation’s law schools (No. 3 in Florida and no. 37 among public schools) by U.S. News & World Report.
