Panthers accept bid to Camellia Bowl on Dec. 21

FIU will go bowling for the third year in a row.

The football team has accepted a bid to play in the Camellia Bowl against Arkansas State in Montgomery, Alabama, on Dec. 21.

"I am thrilled that we are relevant in December," President Mark B. Rosenberg said. "Our players and coaches have worked hard all year and this bowl signals their deliberate efforts to excel."

Tickets for the Camellia Bowl are on sale now via FIUSports.com. The game will air at 5:30 P.M. on ESPN.
